Quest will work to fill any district position in which you need a substitute. The only position Quest cannot fill is that of a bus driver. We can fill janitorial and maintenance positions, child nutrition positions, nurse and health aide positions, administrative assistant and receptionist positions, and, of course, paraprofessional and teacher positions.
One of the best things about contracting with a local, teacher-owned business to fill your positions, on a daily or long-term basis, is that we are ecstatic when you choose one of our substitutes to take a permanent position! So, not only does our recruiting fill temporary positions, but we hope you will hire many of our qualified candidates to staff your schools.
We fully train subs in classroom management and other district-specific instructions and topics. If you would like us to conduct training for Child Nutrition or some other position, we will gladly work with you to plan that out, as well. Our training is tuned in to meeting your district’s needs and is not one-training-fits-all approach (much like other companies’ training programs).
