You may not realize there is an absence management system that is light-years ahead of Frontline. Red Rover is a system that texts subs when jobs are entered and helps your fill rate soar! Their app is 100% free (as opposed to the monthly charges for the apps that communicate with Frontline) and works well in real time. Frontline is still using a bot caller (whose number most subs block) and is antiquated in many other ways. Communicating with substitutes is so important.
