With Quest, we offer our districts an Account Manager who will be the primary contact for you and your district’s principals and secretaries. Your Account Manager will meet with principals on a regular basis to make sure all needs are being met; will be the manager of all substitutes; and will be in contact with you on a regular basis. All reporting will be conducted as often as you need. Account Managers are also happy to present and/or attend principal meetings, train secretaries, and assist office personnel in setting up a “Substitute Station” to welcome subs to each building. If there ever is an issue with a substitute, an account manager may also be able to visit a site and handle the situation at hand.
Call Centers will answer questions and be able to look up information in databases, but they lack the personal touch that a local Account Manager will offer on a daily basis. Account Managers work hard to fill your absences, both on a daily basis and ahead of time. They are valuable assets to the substitutes and to your admin team.
